Purpose
- E-Rozgar Scheme” means a flagship initiative designed for granting soft loans to IT Start-ups and existing businesses in IT for generating employment opportunities and enhancing entrepreneurship in ICT sector of Gilgit-Baltistan .
Eligibility
- All men/women holding CNIC.
- Age between 18 and 45 year with entrepreneurial potential in IT Sector.
Maximum period
- 03 year.
Loan Tier
- Tier 1: 0.1 million to 1.00 Million.
- Tier 2: 1.00 million to 3.00 million.
Sureties or Guarantees
- Tier 1: 02 personal sureties (01 Government employee above BPS-15 having salary account with KCBL and other must be a regular account holder of KCBL).
- Tier 2: Mortgage of immoveable property (Land, Building).
Processing Fee
- Rs.5, 000.00/- per loan cases shall be borne by the borrower.
Repayment
- Repayment of Principal amount with 5% markup/service charges by the borrower. Repayment of Markup /Service Charges @12% in PKR per annum by IT Department, Government of GB.
Repayment frequency
- Monthly.
Insurance coverage
- Life Insurance premium shall be borne by the borrower.
