Eligibility
- Salaried Individuals / Govt. Employees / Pensioner/SMEs.
- Bank approved Suppliers.
- Up to 65 Years.
Max Limit and Tenure
- Up to PKR 500,000/- for individuals & Rs. 2 million to SMEs
- Up to 5 Years.
- Equal Monthly Installments.
Interest rate
- 12-month KIBOR + 5 %.
Insurance
- Upfront for the first year while for remaining tenure will be part of monthly installments.
Processing Fee
- As per Schedule of Charges.
- (PKR 5,000/-)or 1.5% whichever will be higher nonrefundable.
Nature of financing
- Secured.
Late or Non-Payment Penalties
- PKR 1 per thousand on Overdue amount due from due date till payment date.
Pre-payment or Early Settlement
- No charges.
Collateral Requirements
- Compulsory.
